Here is our Blank Consultation Document, a form of which we give to all potential clients. It’s pretty comprehensive, which has turned out to be of benefit to us and our clients. We like it, because it gives us a comprehensive brief from which we will be able to supply the client with an accurate quote. Our clients like it, because it directs their thoughts onto specific aspects of their new website. Instead of the client looking at the elephant of ‘Oh dear, we need a new site’, they are now concentrating on individual specific questions. Answering those questions fully will help them realise the aspects that we, as web developers, will be interested in. Together we can then derive a quote, and from there design a website which will make the client’s business more successful.
